The “No-Name” Condiment Recipe To Promote Alkalinity In Your Body

We’ve yet to come up with a name for this condiment, so for now we’re simply calling it “no name.”

No matter what you call it, it’s an incredibly healthy condiment you can add to any meal to help make your system more alkaline.

To make it, mix in the following ingredients:

  • 10-20 cloves of peeled garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons and a little bit of the rind (ONLY use the rind of an organic lemon)
  • A healthy bunch of fresh parsley (maybe a fistful)
  • A healthy bunch of cilantro (fistful)
  • A healthy bunch of basil (fistful)
  • Other herbs according to taste: thyme, basil, spearmint, etc.
  • 1 avocado
  • Optional: Jerusalem artichokes (aka “sunchokes”)
  • Optional: diced green cabbage

Combine all the above into a blender, then add enough water to blend into a thick paste.

(You’ll probably need 1 ½ cups or so of water– you may have to experiment to get the right consistency.

Once done, add healthy amounts in your salads, stir frys, or any other dish (and make sure you keep this paste refrigerated).

Enjoy!
